Your Grillz will be sent back to you within 10-20 working days from when you ship your mould back to us

To order a custom design you can reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram or you can head to the contact us page to send us an email and we can help you from there!

We make the grillz perfectly to the model of your teeth so they're nice and tight that way they will just hold in place with retention like a cap!

Please note that some of our designs that have less surface area to hold onto may require our Grillz adhesive which we can provided if you have any questions about this feel free to reach out

Please don't :) You will most likely scratch or bend them. If you choose to then be prepared to buy a new set.

Smoking with Silver grillz in will cause a reaction at the back of the grillz and turn them black. We recommend choosing our Dental options if you would like to smoke or drink with them still in

A case is available to purchase online, Keep your grillz in these cases when you take them out of your mouth.

Grillz can be cleaned easily with just a toothbrush and toothpaste similarly to brushing your teeth but we recommend using a polishing cloth for the outside.

Yes we do! We use Natural diamonds, lab diamonds or moissanite. We also have the option of Cubic Zirconia.

Please take as much care of your grillz as possible, they are your responsibility of lost or broken and cannot replace them.

In most cases they are very easy to tighten yourself. Please contact us and depending on your grillz we may ask you to send them back or demonstrate how to tighten them yourself at home
